• Simple Scan™ Oral Fluid Drug Test is a highly accurate test kit used for employment and forensic use.
• The testing process takes approximately 30 minutes.
• Please note, if your test kit is faulty and you need an additional video observation, you will need to contact your organization that purchased the video observation service. AZOVA does not assume any liability for test results or the lack of test results from any test kit.
• If your test requires laboratory confirmation, you will be required to drop off your test kit at a UPS Store on the same or next day from when you take your test.

Follow these steps to complete the video call:

• IMPORTANT: You must register for this test with the same email address which received the notification to schedule your appointment.

• At your scheduled appointment, log into AZOVA using a mobile device or computer. Click the video camera icon from your appointment to join the call.

• A proctor will join the call. The proctor’s camera will be turned off and they will ask your photo ID to verify your identity. 

• Have your test kit, a pen and photo ID ready when you join the video call. The proctor will assist you in taking the test.
